Niemi Appraisal State Registration

New regulations require State Appraisal Boards to license and monitor appraisal management companies. Not every state currently have laws or require registration, however, soon all 50 states will require some sort of registration/licensing by all AMC’s.

Niemi Appraisal Placement is current and up-to-date on the registration process and has a list of all states which currently require licensing of the AMC. If there is a state that does not yet have required licensing of the AMC, we are able to assist you with your appraisal request regardless. (All appraisers are state certified at a minimum.)
